Very reliable online shop. Had a great experience buying from them for the first time. Shipping was faster than estimated. Will definitely shop from them again if the price is right.

Excellent customer service. I had an issue with payment and it was rectified very quickly. One part was the last of their stock and open but I was fine with it. This was disclosed in an email along with some other low stock items. I'm very happy they even had the parts in the first place. Overall a great experience from their customer support and technical team, they were quick to reply with emails as well. I will definitely be purchasing more water cooling components from them in the future.

This is my third custom build in ten years from AVA. This one is the best so far. great build, service, price and quick delivery considering the thorough test out. I love this outfit!

After a lot of research and looking, these guys had the most variety and was the most cost effective. My pc is beautiful and came very quickly! Only issue I had was software related, ( Razer software sucks but i got the game pac as a gift, AMD and Nvidia conflicting but easy fix, ). I plan on buying any gaming pc from them. You can tell they put a lot of love into it and even give you the spare parts, which I've found to be rare! They called me to make sure I had no questions and requested feedback which I genuinely appreciate.

AVA Direct has built two custom computers for me and the build and service have been excellent. Recently, they reached out to me advising me of a potential problem with a manufacturing defect in the Intel 13th gen CPU. I contacted Joe in sales and asked if they could perform the recommended fix for me which he said they would…at no charge! The technicians upgraded the CPU and updated the BIOS. You can’t beat service like that! I highly recommend this company if you want a custom computer built for your needs and if you’re not knowledgeable about computers they will give great advice and recommendations.

I've dealt with AVADirect since 2020. Professional, friendly and fast service. Great products built to my specs and satisfaction.

Ordered a 12+k computer from ava direct and am very happy with my purchase despite some flaws in the expieriance. If partial stars I would grade a realistic 4.7.

Pros:
- even with any hiccups you won't regret your order at all.
- amazing custom work. My computer is fantastic even if there are a few things I'm unhappy about expieriance wise.
- one of the only custom builders to openly offer eatx motherboards.
- the hydrodipping is gorgeous.
- the PC runs super quiet and so far temperatures have been phenomenal. My prior jet engine I placed on a different desk is indeed green with envy.
- the parts/brand hey use for custom cooling is not only aesthetically Top notch, but also a billiontimes better than many other options ive seen. The graphics card cooler ive onlyseen offered with them despite superior capabilities.
- packaging for shipping is phenomenal. I like that they use fedex for freight shipping vs a third party that sometimes makes it a challenge to actually get your orders.
- sales team is responsive to status inquiries during creation which eased my concerns along by taking a chance with their company for an expensive purchase.
Sales team is very polite and cordial.
- if a part isn't listed you can get it ordered
- most options of any online computer builder. With additional availability if you don't mind waiting for it to be ordered.

Cons:
- process online lists phone call to ensure that to go over specs questions, concerns, preferences, and to go over parts. My call pretty much just said thanks for order.
- online builder lacks details and other options from their site.
- wish the builder offered more personalization options without reliance on sales team for ordering and that it was configured to add slots available for certain cases and cards.
- computer came packaged with the lights controller and case lighting un-installed. charged me extra to get additional required parts. I don't know how to install it around the liquid cooling because my hands are to big, and now they don't get cable management w/o undoing prior management.

- ordered an additional monitor for inside the case not realizing the mb came with one. They also sent this to me in a box with no clue how to install it. So more wasted money.
- sales team to my understanding is instructed not to help make a choice when a customer is struggling to make the right one due to lack of knowledge. I was trying to find a case that would allow my hydrodipping dream, without sacrifice of cooling capabilities. But u have a knowledge gap to make an informed decision. They were unable to help provide feedback.
- I ordered purple coolant and received clear coolant.
- my boxes that came with my computer are full of unlabeled parts that I have no clue what they are. No clue what's spare and what's important.
- it was a bummer they didn't have access to custom cables for newer graphics cards. Originally I had wanted to lian li rgb cables, but they don't stock the newer versions. So I settled on custom cables in a color. They were unable to get one for the graphics card.
-software was not preinstalled
- website advertises that you can request alt colored fittings for custom hardline cooling. I had wanted goldy/bronze. Despite same brand and size online, they were unable to order alternative colors than the standard black.

All in all I'm extremely happy to have ordered with them. I know I included a lot of cons, but I wanted to share a detailed review that wasn't negative for things out of their control and wasn't so generically positive that it seems like it could be written by a bot. One of my hesitations for ordering were the sparse reviews on sites that cannot be edited by owner and reviews were super mixed over ridiculous things. (Like a manufacturers defect that they replaced, the shipper beating up their order ect. ) my finished product is much better than my original PC. No regrets. :)
Update: post receipt service is good so far. They sent me purple dye and the tools to access the pump.

Bought a custom NR200 build. From order to delivery took less than 2 weeks. Worked out of the box without any hiccups. Nice cable management and everything. These guys rock!

I had been saving up for years to invest in a solid gaming tower pc. I knew I wanted it custom built but wasn’t sure what company to go with or which parts would be the best. Everyone I talked to had strong opinions about various companies and it seemed like no one could agree which was best.

I stumbled onto the Ava direct website while doing some google research and because of how easy the custom build interface was I decided to go with them. I was a little worried because there were some bad reviews but they were all dated more than a few years ago so I decided to take the chance and I was not disappointed!

It was so easy to pick the parts I wanted and compare prices and specs. I also loved the amount of customer service. Shortly after placing the order they reached out to me to thank me for choosing them and also to touch base with me on how long they estimated it would take to get all the parts in and assembled. They also politely asked me for any feedback I had regarding navigating and using the website and pc builder tool. A small gesture that I appreciated and found very thoughtful is when I replied with my feedback they actually acknowledged it instead of leaving me on read so to speak.

I was really impressed with the packaging. The amount of safety and protection that went into keeping my pc safe. The outer most box was fairly damaged but the inner box was untouched. (there was a big shipping box and inside was a second box with the actual of). They even included all of the different manuals and manufacture warranty info type papers that came with the individual parts as well all the extra cables and such which I really liked.

My pc was very easy to get set up and even easier to get everything up and going in terms of downloading the various programs I wanted.

Ordering from AVADirect was an amazing experience. Not only are they the most flexible and customizable PC Builder I've found, but they are willing to work with you to add any parts that you might not find on their website if you desire it. The build quality is the best I've ever had from years of ordering PCs across different builders. Normally when I order PCs they come with incorrect RGB headers, USBs might not be set up properly, etc. None of this from AVADirect, they communicated with me constantly, provided updates on the order and offered suggestions and alternatives I could swap to adjust shipping time. The PC arrived perfectly and is constructed at the highest quality I've ever received. I've recommended AVA to my friends and will be using them for every upgrade going forward.

I initially submitted an order and received a quick response with questions (!) that helped fine tune my selections. That follow up was key as I had assumed the selections I had made would do the job.

My old box was also from AVA direct and after 6 years of hard use she is still going strong, but with todays demand from the GPU and ram needs it was time to upgrade! I am a returning customer. After the first computer went well, and stayed running strong for 10 years in a highly advancing and evolving climate, I opted to have a second computer built. While I have not had a chance to put the new computer through its paces yet, the packaging, assembly, quality, and service has exceeded even the first computer's experience. I have no doubt that this new computer will last many years, and that AVADirect will stand by it's product.

Another great experience with the AVA team. Custom built a desktop PC with AVA back in 2022, order process was smooth and PC has ran great and no issues with assembly of parts. This year I ordered another for the wife and again been impressed with customer service, status updates, and build quality of the PC. Highly recommend AVA for their competitive pricing, customer service, and build quality.

Overall my experience was awesome and had helpful experience communication the entire way through. Pricing seems to be fair and in some cases alot cheaper then competitors. And they included any extra stuff my pc came with, I wasnt expecting so many extra computer screws and stuff, I'm not upset in getting all the extra stuff in the slightest. Packing was super secure, lots of bubble and foam. The website was good overall, the only issues I came across, like some options wouldnt load or let me click on them. more then likely because I was using a cellphone rather then a pc to build my custom pc. I'll definitely be keeping avadirect in mind for my next computer build if I do one again. Thanks for everything!

Great customer service

2nd system I've purchased from AVADirect. Their sales support is very knowledgeable & helpful in suggesting system improvements and money savings options. Their tech support is very good also. I'm getting ready to replace my 13 year old system (still running flawlessly but can't support windows 11) and will be ordering it from AVADirect.

Amazing staff and great service!

Trying to find the exact memory I wanted was difficult because there was no way to search for what I wanted. I used some search but still had to read through many pages of all types that were not close to what I want. Same with other components. Also, choosing a case is exhausting. And it would be nice if there were some more technical guidance for choosing. Some components are compatible, however not the best configuration. Like the Threadripper is better with 4 memory sticks, not 2, while the Ryzen would be better with 2 sticks and not 4. And they both have recommended memory specifications. For the good, I had fantastic support before the sale. The system is perfect and is exactly what I want. This is why I always come back to AVA.Highest quality. Great prices. Fantastic computer.

I recently placed an order for some PC fans that are currently hard to find. You all had them. You didn't have as many as i wanted but I have to say your Craig Conner was amazing in getting hold of me and working out the credit and lightning fast shipping. This guy emailed me like three times. He went out of his way to make sure my order was completed.

I am extremely satisfied with the level of customer support I received. The detailed timeline available on the order page—from the moment I placed the order until the laptop was delivered—was an excellent feature. The continuous support from your team throughout the processing and shipping of both the laptop and spare battery made a significant difference. This level of communication was critical, as an important research campaign I led over the summer depended on receiving the laptop in time for the trip. I now have had two builds done by AVA, one in 2020 and the other in 2025. There have been no issues with either computer. The one built in 2020 needed a BIOS update in order to upgrade to windows 11 and their customer service assisted me with that, which went off with out a hitch. Their online component build assembly is great. If I need another computer in the future I will be more than happy to reach out to them for their assistance again.

The product (Silverstone FLP1) was almost 25% less than most every where else and it was shipped and delivered in 3 days. The packaging was perfect. Would buy from here and recommend AVA to anyone!

Very professional team. Took a few weeks just to ship a pc case, but was shipped fast once available. Would buy from again.

My second computer purchased and received same excellent quality assembly and service

This is my second desktop I have purchased from you and am very happy with the product! I will be purchasing a laptop soon from you but I have not decided what i want yet.

Enjoyed the process purchasing through AVADirect. I did not need any technical support. Navigating through the customizations was okay. One suggestion would be a compatibility checker that took into account the "must haves". In my case the more important component was the RTX5090, then followed by the case (Fractal Design North) and was indifferent to XL or not, then the other component I had less specifics on (e.g. I wanted 'enough' RAM but didn't really have an amount or brand preference)

Love how easy and simple was the customer service experience, they answered all my questions, explained the process, walk me through process on how to do the changes, they even let me submit my own label to get a better price on my own with the shipping label, and finally I loved that they show the complete description of each costume modification in the computer with the maximum velocity and why is that happening. Everything was very professional, loved it, initially I got lagging with the computer and they help me to solve the problem. Now I can see the difference between my old one and this one and is amazing, worth the 5567 dollars I spend. I appreciate that you guys also could deliver the computer in 2-3 weeks the computer when you guys told me, with the other company I was having to wait more than month and they give me so much problem with the customer service experience. Once I can get my Desktop definitely I will go with you guys. Thanks again! As a final recommendation, I will appreciate if in the future you guys can update the website to a more interactive format and include the option that you will provide your own label, if it was not because I start asking a bunch of questions when I call I did not know that you guys offer that option. Also, I will also appreciate if you guys can only provide the product that can be configured with computer, because I saw with the computer I got, based on the vendor description that the maximum SSD will accept was a Gen 4 of 4T for the 3 extra slots and the first slot it can only be Gen 5 4T, but you guys where offering Gen 5 for the other 3 other slots. If I was not aware of the vendor description I would have spend more money unnecessary because you guys leave the Gen 5 option. But in overall, because I did my due diligence and learn the maximum capacity of the computer I did not get angry or frustrated. But other people probably will trust your word and that can bring potential problems. Finally, despite of this suggestion since everything else was so good I had decided to put 5 Stars.

I have never purchased from AVA Direct before but my son has and he was very pleased. His system is probably 10 years old and still going strong. Glad he turned me on to you guys. Thanks

AVA Direct was recommended to me by a friend when she found out that I was in urgent need of a new pc (my old one had a cooling system malfunction on the motherboard that was beyond my comfort level to fix). I was easily able to find a prebuilt system on your website, and everything from ordering to shipping was handled very smoothly and easily from my end. I was very impressed with the level of packaging on the pc when it arrived at my house. Everything was in great condition, no lose wires or wobbly components. I've had it up and running for a week now, and it's been a great machine so far. Thank you guys so much for making this as painless of a pc transition as I have ever experienced.

Great work, adaptable to gear I had already purchased for this project and worked to get everything installed quick despite tariffs and limited availability of parts. Shipped out and was in great shape when I unpacked it. Runs clean. My only issue (that has nothing to do with AVA) is: Windows 11 puts your DESKTOP inside of their stupid OneDrive. I'm sure this isn't something AVA is requested to do or anything, just a sneaky Windows thing. Thanks for your support / communication and help on this, it runs great!
