Every end-user has the ability to pick and choose what options they prefer in our custom configuration listed on AVADirect. While we enjoy providing our customers with as little limitation as possible, while keeping each configuration relevant to the parts listed, we sometimes have to build configuration from scratch due to what the customer has in mind. We have absolutely no problems with providing our customers with a custom configuration beyond what is offered. In this case, the customer requested a custom, part-by-part quote to receive exactly what he wanted!
